District Judge Manuel Arrieta serves as New Mexico’s Climate Science Judge under a program of the National Judicial College. The “Judicial Leaders in Climate Science” Program invites each state to nominate one judge to participate in this program that aims to build knowledge and capacity in state judiciaries.
